    I was staying at Colive MB paradise for 6 months and vacated as per the notice period.The Company then deducted various charges and sent a settlement email which stated that i would get a refund of 6500 and it would be credited within 30 working days.It has been 3 months and i did not get any response from the company.The customer care is just worse.
    Please look into and help me get the refund.

      I have stayed in the Colive Millenia 447 property in Nagawara, Bangalore.
      I have vacated the property by May 30 2022 and still not received the security deposit.
      I have been charged 10, 500 as lock-in charges in the settlement statement and asked to pay extra 1700 rupees
      But, there are no lock-in charges mentioned for this property.
      Please address this issue and resolve it ASAP.

        So, i moved in month ago, there is literally no one to answer your complaints. 1st i didn't got fresh pillow cover or Bedsheets, i have some pictures and it is disgusting. No proper cleaning, bathroom's shower head is broken, electrical plugs not working, worst app and website, power cuts all the time, no water and there is no one in management who can answer these all. I am paying 18000 rent. If you miss rent for 2 extra day 500rs penalty every day till 10 days. Wifi will be disconnected. If you're so strict about rent atleast provide proper services as mentioned in contract. Terrible services.

          I had booked a private room in Colive by paying a booking amount 2 months before my checkin date. I kept asking why it's not reflected on website and she kept saying it would be done later, my booking is surely confirmed.
          When I moved to Bangalore, I was asked to wait on the road for 2 hours because they said they gave my room to someone else. Then they started insisting on taking double sharing which I was obviously uncomfortable with. The sales agent Shwetha Uday said she was on leave so she didn't bother to help and her senior Priya talked rudely to me and didn't offer to help at all. I am totally helpless now with nowhere to stay

            Now he is not picking up calls nor replying to messages on whatsapp for the whole day.
            He just picked my call after hours and refusing to give back money, and abused also.

              They did not provide amenties as mentioned. No induction stove, no community kitchen and no co working as mentioned. I stay in COLIVE mountain view. Half the time no water in accomadation. Complete fraud by COLIVE.

                I have paid 18000 deposit which they were suppose to refund by July 15th. It was communicated by August 31st the amount will be refunded but they are avoiding very smartly. No proper communication channel. No response to request raised. After doing unnecessary deduction, I am supposed to get back 12000 rupees but I did not receive a single penny from them.

                  I booked a pg through a colive agent named Ajay. He took 1500 from me as the booking amount. A few days later i went to the pg only to realise that Ajay never informed the pg owner of my arrival and i couldn't be accommodated to that pg. Ajay then told me to stay in an Oyo for the night and that he would refund my Oyo amount and find a pg for me the next day. However, he never picked up my calls after that and i had to find accommodation myself. I haven't received any refund of the booking amount nor the Oyo stay.

                    Thugs of Hindustan... Colive owes us ₹1500 registration fees, ₹1000 hotel bill coz they 'forgot' to register us at a pg facility + Commuting money & mental agony charges. It's a BIG NO for Colive.

                    First we paid registration fee. Then we were promised a pg facility 20th August onwards. When we moved with bag and baggage, the facility told us that they are 100% full. The agent booked a room in the hotel and asked us to pay while he would reimburse. After that day, he didn't answer my call and customer service does not respond to us.

                      Myself Vinayak, On 20th Aug I asked to book Colive plano 639 to your sales person Ajay Kumar considering availability by 27th Aug & 2 sharing room and same he is confirmed and asked me to pay 1999. And I paid the same amount on your site. He asked wait 1 day to confirm on Colive app.

                      Then I visited next day to Colive plano 639 but he never booked my registration. When property manager Vinay called him saying that here no vacancy available and how you have taken advance from customer. Then he said he will manage something from his manager..

                      Then next day Ajay booked my room in 4 sharing instead of 2 sharing which was agreed and after 2 days again he cancelled my booking and booked somewhere outside of bangalore PG.

                      I tried to message him on WhatsApp but he is not responding. I am calling him since last 2 days but he is not responding.

                      I have taken help from your helpline number but no proper response from Colive team.

                      Now I am stuck because on 26th I am leaving from current place and Colive team took the booking amount and never booked requested plano..

                      Requesting you to look into matter and refund the amount.

                      I have been in touch with following below people but no proper response from them. Does the complete Colive team behaves the same?? Does Colive team do not value customer??

                        I was a tenant at colive from 1st May to 30th June 2022. They asked me to deposit Rs. 3, 000 + one-month rent, i.e., Rs. 14, 000 for security which they promised to refund when I leave the property. A total amount of Rs. 17, 000 as a security deposit which I was promised a refund within 15 days, is not yet received. I have raised a complaint ticket to Colive, but they are not responding.

                            I have raised notice period month prior and also checked out a day before my last day even after waiting 2months did not receive refund, I have raised multiple complaints and emails not got any response and I got an mail from settlement team saying to pay the bill of stay which I wasn’t there and looted my deposit and asking to pay additional

                              I have already informed the owner that i am leaving the place within 3 days.

                              I also spoke with the Colive Finance Team before booking the room that i will only stay for few days but they still forced me to pay the full amount and also did not refund me the security deposit.

                              I'm sure I'm supposed to file a legal action against COLIVE, since i have been calling, emailing asking you to refund me my deposit amount and you people kept ignoring.

                                So, after I filled in details on colive website that am looking for single sharing rooms, I was contacted by a colive dealer with mobile no. +[protected]. He/she then promised there's a single room near IIT Madras and in order to get discount I need to pay Rs
                                1999 in colive account that day itself before noon. I did the same and on 20th, when I contacted the dealer he said there's no room. He then have another property dealer number and said I can get room there. But that property owner also didn't have any single sharing room. Atlast the dealer says there's 4 sharing room at same price. I now have no room to stay and devastated. I need refund of Rs.1999 and extra for this horrible experience. I have provided proof of payment of Rs.1999, I can provide more proof of conversation when enquired.

                                  I have booked the colive - Alameda pg in Bangalore in the month of July. When I reached the location and checked the room, it was not at all what was shown in the picture. The window had spit all over it, bathroom condition was horrible and there was no common area for work as it was shown in the picture. Later realised that the property manager has sent me pictures of different coliving space! What a scam! The entire building had no mobile network! The residents were complaining about wifi, water and no food was provided to them (food was included in the package). What kind of scam company is this! Refund my 2000rs booking amount ASAP!

                                    I vacated my Colive property on 30th July 2022 and was promised a refund of my security deposit within 15 days. I waited around 18 days and called the sales person, the property manager, the billing team, raised a ticket in the app and even sent an email to the billing team but I havent received anything as yet. I have financial commitments and dont know what to do or whom to call anymore. Their customer care doesnt work either.

                                      COLIVE Barwon a big fraud

                                      COLIVE CEO send mails like patriotic, in the name of our prime minister, but from inside they loot people like me, This guys are really big fraud,
                                      I asked for my security deposite refund they told me initially it's been processing, after 1 or 2 week they stop responding and then they blocked my number.

                                      They Credited half of the amount to my colive passbook instead of refunding my deposit to my bank. I redeemed that amount but didn't get any refund.
                                      Not sure what to do where to complaint aginst people like this,
                                      Feeling so helpless.
