This is to inform you that as your deductions are higher that your actual deposit, you are not eligible for the refund of the deposit. Please find the settlement receipt in the attachment for your reference.
Deduction Details:
1. Rent outstanding of Rs.9, 612/- : Please refer the attachment for the breakup of your rent outstanding which was pending to clear at the time of check out. You have failed to clear the dues in all the month due to which the pending due amount were carried forwarded and finally adjusted in the security deposit.
2. Electricity bill Charges Rs.1, 815/- : Electricity charges for the last month stay.
3. Separation charges of Rs.3, 750/- : Standard deduction after check out which is 25% of the basic rent towards cleaning and maintenance which is as per the agreement.
4. Notice period charges of Rs.15, 000/- : As per the agreement, 1 month notice is mandatory to serve and must be raised via Colive App on 1st of the calendar month. Also, you have vacated the premised without raising the notice and informing to any manager. Vacating without service notice period attracts a penalty equivalent to a months rent.
Hence, you have a total deduction of Rs.30, 177/- and after the adjustment of your security deposit of Rs.17, 000/-, you are liable to clear a total amount of Rs.13, 177/-.

We request you to please share your details so that we can fetch your details and share you the details. However, please refer the follow policies on check out & refund for your clarification:
1. 30-Days notice is mandatory.
2. Notice period raised after the 1st of the calendar month will not be accepted.
3. "No-notice" or "less than 30 Day notice" will carry a penalty equivalent to 1-month rent in the final settlement.
4. Lock-in period must be completed before raising the check-out request & the Non-completion of the Lock-in will attract a penalty equivalent to 1 month of rent in the final settlement.
5. Only at the month-end, the check-out can be done. If you wish to vacate in the middle of the month (any day after 1st of the month), the full month rent will be applicable.
6. Full month rent will be applicable and it can not be adjusted from the security deposit
Also, we request you to go through the Colive Handbook for the same. The separation charges (25% of the basic rent) is the standard deduction for all who are checking-out and is collected towards the maintenance & cleaning of the flat once your vacate. Hence, the charges are applicable.
