Comedk — Request For Cancellation Of Allotted Seat and Refund Of Fee Paid

Dear Sir,

On the 22nd of December when Comed-k web site closed the options of Seat surrender, we did not have any seat in our allotment of CET and hence could not surrender the seat alloted in Comed-k 1st round...,

In CET's second extended round of Seat allotment (announced on 23.12.2020 at 8 pm), we were allotted a seat in CET, where in the admission was made mandatory, Accordingly, we have got admitted to the corresponding college on 25.12.2020 through CET,
From then on we have been requesting for Seat surrender in Comed-k and requesting Fees Reimbursement..(Please refer to our emails, wherein we have been requesting for seat surrender and provide us an exit option from Comed-K...) But you are refusing to comply...

When so many others are seeking seat ... They are not allowing us to exit with fee reimbursement... Is this a way of making money?

When you have also conducted 3rd extended round to accommodate more students, we could have been provided an opportunity to exit and making way for the deserving ones..?

In the public interest, I once again request Comed-k to make suitable arrangements to accommodate an exit option for us and refund the fees collected(Rs.50000/-).
