Compare DTH — Didn't connection after payment and noew not refunding money

Dish TV executive followed up me to took DISH connection for 2 days and told me many offers, then I cancelled my Videocon connection and taken this DIsh TV. I did pay 1599/- for it online as per they guide me on phone. After that they called me and told that I can't provide connection in my society. Then I asked them for refund, at that time they told us that it will take 7 days to refund. But now its been 10 days I didnt get any update on it. They are not even replying to my calls.
