Hi I have purchased a Dishtv box from this company website and these people offered free shoes with shipping charges of Rs.200/- which i have paid online. But i never got any shoes, when i complained they have give dispatched details with POD number DEL[protected] [protected] PROFESSIONAL COURIERS. But i have not received any courier and when i checked with Professional website, it is not reconising the POD number given by Compare DTH. I have again requested them to verify and confirm but no response from Compare DTH personal. It is a bogus company to cheat people by offering free coupons, shoes and collecting money for that. Compare DTH / Vserve Ecommerce Sales & Service customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 23, 2015 sanjeetsubudhi's response Their customer executives called me and my father at same time (we both were different locations) at same time and made us pay for one product twice on same name and same address...When i am trying to call them and resolve this issue none is picking the call and when they pick they are cutting calls when we tel our problem..Before payment they were continuously calling me but after payment no response for them...and according to their promise they should instal dishtv by 24 hours but no show from them...my Rs1599+Rs1599=Rs3198 is total waste now...Complete fraud...Strict action must be taken against them...

I raj kumar relan booked a dishtv connection on 30/3/16 but its not installed yet . I payed a payment of 1100/- for the same . My contact no. Is [protected] . My payment id is 51564580. Please refund my payment asap .
