I had placed an order for dish tv hd plus on 1st july 2017. I was told my salesperson that i will get my product delivered within 4-24 hours but till next 2 weeks i did not hear anything from comparedth. I raised many complaints and calls to customer care but i didn't got any proper response. Still awaiting for my money to be refunded. This website looks like a complete fraud and has been thugging many online buyers. Was this information helpful? | |||

Aug 09, 2017 Bana Arun's response Have purchased one dish tv The offer of sports shoes was offered with the purchase of the dish, I availed it and paid the shipment cost (Rs. 199/-) through my cc on 27/06/2017. Have made several calls and have dropped numerous mails but there has been no response from your end till date regarding time of delivery, Could I expect a reply now or think about what you advertise through online is a "fraud"? This is my last attempt to get this issue resolved post which I will have no other option but to file an official complaint with consumer court.

One pair of shoes were supposed to dispatch to my address and i Paid Rs 199.00 as courier charges to the company but still waiting for shoes after 40 days invoice is attached.
