I ordered new DTH connection on 23rdMay'19 and following up since then with no response from complaint cell or customer care. Service is pathetic as all my 30 calls made to customer care no.[protected]/2 were disconnected movement they hear my voice asking for update.

They appear fraud and doesn't recommend anyone to further check for this company services.

Updated by Vijay Kumar Siddhavatula I received wrong Airtel package for 1 month pack from Vserve Instead of below confirmed 6 months free offer along with missing sports shoes offer not provided. Customer care is pathetic no response from complaint divisions and number kept continuously busy to avoid calls.
