Compare Dth / Vserve eCommerce Sales & Service — Installation issue | |||
Hi, i ordered dishtv hd+ dth connection on 6th May through compare dth. Done online payment. Agent (Babits) confirms me, that installation should be done between 10:00-12:00hrs. But no one came during that time. After calling comparedth agent, installation request initiated to dish tv. We received a call from dish tv & they told us, installation is not possible in our area (dhanakawadi, pune) as it's a cable operator area & they cancelled the installation request & told us to cancel the order from comparedth. We called up several times but didn't get proper response. I have complaint several timed But we never received any communication by mail or sms. Now their contact number is not reachable. Customer service is very poor. Nobody bothers if you wish to cancel the order. I am still waiting for the response. I have purchased Dish TV thru ref ID CDT[protected] from compare dth and they offered me the scheme of voucher including shoes and holiday coupon, they marked me a mail but voucher links are missing.
now am not able to take shoes as per sales offer and they phone is not contactable.
