Hi sir, My compare dth merchant reference number is cdt[protected] Dish tv installation number [protected] On sunday, 1 september a customer executive of compare dth called me, providing me with information about the dish rv and tata sky offers along with shoes offers. They made me pay 1550 rs on the call at the spot on your site for dish tv. Its been more than 2 days now and neither i got any email nor anybody came to give me my new connection or installation. Also there is no information given to me how will i get my shoes. Whenever i call comparedth customer care they either dont connect me, or dont listen to my querry and hang up the call. I am totally dissatisfied with comparedth service and now i want my refund of 1550 as it failed to provide me with my new connection. Was this information helpful? | |||
