Had booked online dish tv connection and paid Rs. 1599 on 4th July. I got sms that dish tv technician from Dish care centre city Tech Services will visit between 8-9 pm on 04/07/2016. Nobody picks up phone at [protected] or[protected]. Online complaints on their website and email have been unanswered. Only once they picked up phone by mistake and said would call back in 5 minutes but no response as yet. Details of order are given below. Kindly help
