Reading other review of customers & their concerns, I think this is a poor service provider or may be fraud. Their customer care number is also not connecting, only they are responding quick to the new customers. So I don't want to get the installation & need my money refunded. Or I will take initiative to complain in consumer Court.

At last I received the set top box on 6.08.19 in good condition & satisfied. Might it worked after I put my grievance in Jago Grahak Jago site (https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/user/index.php) on 04.08.19. Thanks for their follow up & resolution.

I am very worried, don't think they will install either. Three days has been past. This is totally cheating. I want my money back.

Updated by Vish@l_d Once they call on 13th july & asked if the installation has been done or not. They said that they would give Airtel setup box instead of Dish tv which I ordered. But I refused & told them that I have ordered Dishtv & I only need that one to be installed. So they said there is a problem from Dish tv & we would call you back as soon as there is an availability. And then till now they have not contacted me. I am sure this is totally fraud. I want my money back.
