I purchased DISH TV HD+ set up box from Compare DTH/vserve Ecommerce sales & services on 10/13/2016. While purchasing they informed me that, i will get set up box with in 4-24 hours. Still i didnt receive product.

Still now my problem is not resolved. Even I tried to call compare DTH customer care, but no one is lifting the calls. My dish TV connection is pending with compare DTH people. I need the INS token number which is raised for my below order id.
