I purchased dish tv hd+ set up box from

I have ordered yesterday dish nxt HD box with 6 months allhd channels included sports and english and still not installed. Regarding this no call back and status update by anyone. O just only booked my connection on one condition that they will installed on same day. But still next day i did not received anything. Please refund my money. Reply me
