Subs Number - S300/106092,
I had made a payment of Rs 1040/- in Dec 2020, ordering a monthly copy of CSR to be delivered. I only received an SMS detailing the purchase mentioned above. There was no email from CSR.

It is now the 20th of January and I have not received the magazine yet. The online hep desk platform is not working. This is the second instance where this is happening.

I subscribed to the CSR magazine for a year. But they do not deliver regularly. It is very hard to communicate with them. After calling them on [protected] for 20 times they respond once. But no followups from their side. Their website is not of any use and it is not working at all. Some times it takes many days to contact them.

And they haven't even tried to establish any contact with me... My money is at stake... What if I do not get the books!!! How do I redeem!!! Am I ensured about the delivery or not!!! I enrolled for the 2 year subscription for gk today (Csr) and still didnt receive a single copy of it. I paid for it by card online on www.competitionreview.in and the money got deducted. Kindly look into the matter. This kind of poor service is unacceptable by a reputed company such as competition success review. It would be great if necessary actions are taken for the same.

I had subscribed for csr and gkt magazines for 1 year that should be given to from this august to next july. I had subscribed it on 24th july, 2017. I received a postal package in name of csr which was billed for csr and gkt but when i opened it i was shocked to see 8 face washes in it instead of magazinees. I have aldready paid money for the whole year. Will i be reciving face washes??? What should i do???

on 11.10.2017 I placed a order for 24 Back issues of CSR (Order no is 18082 )and paid amount Rs.1485.8 through my Axis Bank Account online . The EBS Payment ID is 84948084 dated 11.10.2017 . But from that day no any response from CSR received . I am worried when I will receive the back issues ?

I haven't received my book. but my friend received. I called the customer care for enquiry but they didn't respond well simply holding the call and then hanged. I recommend all to visit Giridarshni home stay, Surrounded with beautiful scenery, fresh air, away from city pollution. Nearer to Ranganathswamy temple, rooms are sanitary, very good and clean. Well furnished with tables and bed. Awesome place to stay. My family members are amazes of their service.

We had availed for annual subscription of Buy 1 Get 1 Free CSR magazines in August and since the inception of subscription the whole experience has been awful. Firstly, the magazines never reached on time. We had to call the customer care to check its status but to no avail. What is the point of subscribing for your magazines when they are being received after 2-3 weeks delay? Secondly, since the last two issues (October and November) we have only received single copy of magazines. We had complaint many times but there is no response from their side. This was a very disappointing experience.
