I have subscribed both csr and Gk today for one year on 24/02/14. Till now I didn't receive any of the volumes and also when I tried to contact they are saying they don't have any clue about delivery and concerned person is not there. How can I expect to receive my order. I tried to reach out to delivery contact at least 10 times. He is not picking up also. Please help me to get my subscriptions.

I have ordered for competition success review magazine for one year through an offer of " BUY ONE GET ONE FREE". I have paid Rs 968 through online. I gave two addresses ome of mine and my friend address. I haven't received my book. but my friend received. I called the customer care for enquiry but they didn't respond well simply holding the call and then hanged. I am totally depressed of this incident. I need my book as soon as possible.

This is R.Vasanthakumar from Attur(Salem district), Tamilnadu. I Have subscribed for CSR + GKT for a year plan, which cost Rs.742. I paid this amount through online and they given acknowledgement for the payment. 3 months got over, am not recieved a single subscription yet. I have complained about regarding this in their website twice and i made a couple of calls, no response. No one picked up the call first of all. Please assist me in this issue. What necessary steps to get my money back or the subscription.

I am a management student and I have subscribed to CSR English for one year starting from March 2013 to Feb 2014
I received the march issue via post but i did not receive other free supplements which are available with the issue.
The concerned authorities are not responding and refused to send that issue.
If this is the case I want my money back.
please help me and protect my rights.

As per the information available in the CSR website, I have send a Money Order vide receipt no.1165 dated 16.08.2011 for Rs.600/- for two years term of CSR English Subscription. Subsequently understand that the revised charges is Rs.720/- for two years. Accordingly, Rs.120/- cash send along with a registered letter dated 17.08.2011.

Sofar no communication from CSR Delhi. 3 to 4 times contacted their Delhi Office but no corrective response. Request through this media to solve my problem.

This is to lodge my concern over non receipt of the Competitive
Success Review April 2011 issue.
I am registered in the name of Naman Jain and my subscription number
Is 06-S600M2717 Mar,2011-Feb,2013;

I have not received my April 2011 issue.Neither have I received the
General Knowledge Year Book as promised by Competition Review Pvt.
Ltd. along with the 2 year advance subscription.

I tried to reach you on[protected]/25761086 but to no success. These
Numbers seem to be taking frequent complaints from many others like
Me.

I am feeling cheated and deprived of the services I have paid for in
Advance.

The company probably does not have a policy in place to redress consumer complaints as there is no response to continuous emails.

Hi,

I have subscribed for Competion Success magazine (CSR) and General Knowledge Today(GKT), together by drawing a DD in favor of Competition Review Pvt. Ltd. on 22/09/2009.

Before this I had a few subscription enquiries which i made to the company, all of which did not attract any response.
But after paying via DD for the subscription and even after sending repeated emails or making telephone calls to the company, I have not received any sort o[censored]pdate on this regard.

This is totally irresponsible on their behalf. This is definitely a fraud on the part of the company, by consuming the DD amount and not providing the subscibed magazine. Its been a couple of months and never have I received any mail from them.

The DD was drawn via Citibank
