I have ordered for competition success review magazine for one year through an offer of " BUY ONE GET ONE FREE". I have paid Rs 968 through online. I gave two addresses ome of mine and my friend address. I haven't received my book. but my friend received. I called the customer care for enquiry but they didn't respond well simply holding the call and then hanged. I am totally depressed of this incident. I need my book as soon as possible....

I am a management student and I have subscribed to CSR English for one year starting from March 2013 to Feb 2014
I received the march issue via post but i did not receive other free supplements which are available with the issue.
The concerned authorities are not responding and refused to send that issue.
If this is the case I want my money back.

As per the information available in the CSR website, I have send a Money Order vide receipt no.1165 dated 16.08.2011 for Rs.600/- for two years term of CSR English Subscription. Subsequently understand that the revised charges is Rs.720/- for two years. Accordingly, Rs.120/- cash send along with a registered letter dated 17.08.2011.

Sofar no communication from CSR Delhi. 3 to 4 times contacted their Delhi Office but no...
