[Resolved]  BookMyShow — Not giving response to my continuous issues

I am facing two different issues with bookmyshow. One is that they had given me a coupon that can give me a discount if i book movie tickets but that coupon did not work so i filed a complaint against it to which they did not respond. The other one is that i had booked movie tickets through bookmyshow and i was given the option of paying through a particular payment mode i'll get a cashback of a fixed amount and when i did not received that cashback amount i again filed a complaint to again which they did not respond.

I have prebooked tickets for the movie n ticket was not confirmed.They gave message that they will refund in 10 days. But not refunded still. Completely dissatisfied with BMS.
