MCent — I'm complaining about the balance not received | |||
I am a user of mcent app with registered mobile number as [[protected]]. I have recharged mobile number [[protected]] (Jio) with rs.98/- plans by redeeming 100000 points on 25.09.18. My points have been deducted and it is showing successful also but rs.98/- recharge has not been added on [[protected]]. I talked to jio customer care but they are also saying that no recharge of rs.98/- has been done. Please help me to get rs.98/- recharge in [[protected]].
