I placed order 865324 dated 24.02.19. Till pending. I can't get satisfy answer from you after many times to call your customer care or ahmedabad branch but they can not provide satisfy answer . 15 days alrady passed form the putting order in your site but no one is ready to answer to customer why order not shipped or deliver. If you are not able to timely deliver the order, request u to close the site. Dont make customer ful. you do not have stock, so why are you taking online order from customer. First Check your available stock u have and that much order u have to take. you are collecting money from customer and not deliver the order Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

So, how can he told is complain resolved. complaint is opened.

When i ask why you charge extra then he told me that no one check like you.
