Ecom Express — item not delivered but returned without having my permission

I ordered from club factory. my order number is SO[protected]. The tracking status shows that the order is returned due to multiple failed delivery attempts. Actually the courier agency failed to make a second attempt to deliver my order. And they returned the item. I haven't reject the order. Its returned without having my permission. I want my product back. Please help me to deliver the same.

Actually the order status showing that the item is in transit to seller which means its returning. I want the product back to me. Please help.

My order isn't delivered
I ordered product from club factory and ecom express as delivery agent not attempt to delivery itself they updated fake statements and return my product to origin...Their support team also give wrong commitment every time when I called them.they wasted my time and money ...

Please take action against them and attached snapshots

I attached track image ...3 to 4 times out of delivery ..My address and details correct buy your agent not come to deliver itself simply he updated the wrong status that customer rejected to accept and all nonsense things.
