[Resolved]  100Bestbuy.com — IPod and Reebok Watch

I purchases through 100bestbuy.com product which was combo(I Pod + Reebok Watch) for that i made a online payment worth Rs. 599 when i got that product then its broken and i got shocked for that and i call to customer's care of 100bestbuy.com and they told me to courier the product to our side, after receiving we will send your replace product to you, then i send to him.
And within 6-7 days i got product then i open the product that is really good one, So now me fell very happy and they did not charge for replacement. thanks

I buy through 100bestbuy.com one product which was combo offer(I Pod and Reebok Watch) and i got the product(I Pod and Reebok Watch) from 100bestbuy.com within 5-6 days. I liked I Pod but not Reebok Watch, again i called to 100bestbuy customer care and they told me that they will send another Reebok watch with gift within one week i got one good Reebok Watch and gift. I m so happy with the online service of 100best buy.com and i Show more like 100bestbuy .com service.

I purchased through 100bestbuy.com product which was Nokia C5-03 for that i made a online payment worth Rs. 8500. After receiving the product i saw that headphone had broken and i got shocked. At first i think that i have been cheated by 100bestbuy.com. then after sometime i sent a mail to 100best buy.com and they replied me replacement details and i also called customer care of 100bestbuy.com and they told me to courier the product to our side, after receiving we will send your replace product to you. Then i did courier the product to their address and within 10 days i got new product then i opened the product that was really good, so now m feel very happy and they did not charge for replacement. thanks
always problem again you have to pay for sending back the item
