[Resolved] 100Bestbuy.com — Cheating by 100bestbuy | |||
I have purchased a contest coupon from 100 best buy for a contest of Samsung Galaxy Grand for Rs. 699/-, for which they said 100% cash back in terms of credit points. I have decided to buy some product from them using my credit points but to my surprise when I try to buy a product of Rs. 374/- it used my credit points and also asking for an additional payment of Rs. 315/-. This is ridiculous and I have found myself cheated. If you could find a solution. please let me know what can be done on this. Was this information helpful? | |||

See how they are cheating like this. How can they say I can not use my all credit points, Its my money. Either they have to provide all credit points(ie: Rs.699) or just refund my money. I don't want any other product transaction with this cheating company. Again and again I called the above number but they simply put on the call to hold. Don't cheat the people, definitely you will suffer for their crying tears.

Please please Please take necessary action to close 100Bestbuy company. Lot of peoples suffered by this type of lucky contest.
