[Resolved]  100Bestbuy.com — failure transaction

i done online trasaction on 100bestbuy.com last december. out of three trasaction one was sucessful, and other two transaction was failed as per the email i received from 100bestbuy, even of the failed trasaction of online payment the amount was dedected from my axis bank account the amount of 1499 rs and 434 rs respectively for two transactions, after so many reminders by email to 100bestbuy there is no action, and the customer care no is always not reachable, kindly help for the problem. pls find the attached file for my axisbank online statement. the two transaction are
