[Resolved] 100Bestbuy.com — My account not working | |||
I have called 100bestbuy contact number many times in order to register my complaint every time the computeried machin answers our executive will contact you in 24hrs. but yet no action has taken. Now finally I am writing here. My name is Asha Gond and i am from delhi. I have registered my self on 100bestbuy on 5th dec 2011. But when i tried to open my account on 12th dec, 2011. It was showing please check your number. Even i was having the credit of Rs. 397 in my account, which i have paid for gadgets. Please do something in order to get my account back. I participated in a contest of Samsung Tablet and was informed that I was winner in the first round and for that I need to pay Rs.960/- to a courier fellow who would deliver a coupon which has a number. And if that number is chosen I would get a Samsung Tablet and if not my money will be reimbursed. I paid Rs.960/- to the courier fellow and received a packet. To my surprise, the packet had two cheap quality Chinese made watches which is sold by road side vendors and no coupon as promised. After trying the land line number for about 6 hours, I was able to get a operator who gave me a number and advised to wait for about a week, after which the results will be announced. Now it is almost 6 weeks, there is no news about the draw and winner of the draw. I have sent mail to them but there is no reply. Can somebody suggest me further course of action.

I purchased through 100bestbuy.com product which was Nokia C5-03 for that i made a online payment worth Rs. 8500. After receiving the product i saw that headphone had broken and i got shocked. At first i think that i have been cheated by 100bestbuy.com. then after sometime i sent a mail to 100best buy.com and they replied me replacement details and i also called customer care of 100bestbuy.com and they told me to courier the product to our side, after receiving we will send your replace product to you. Then i did courier the product to their address and within 10 days i got new product then i opened the product that was really good, so now m feel very happy and they did not charge for replacement. thanks
