I am having a post paid conntection of Idia mobil (([protected])from last 2 years.
when ever I rechregs my account the balance will show
more less then the top up amount Exmpl. (charged Rs.150 balance comes 59.00 and balance before charging was 14 rs.)
today again I face the same problem that i CHREGED FOR Rs.150/-, but i got the blance only 59.00 Rs, before cherging amount my balance was 12 to 13 Rs.
so kindly check and solve the same immediately, other wiase I don't have any other
option that, I have to change my connection to some other company
So, your earlier action in this regards will be highly Appriciated

i bought idea sim 250.00 on 10th June. my mobile was activated for few days. now for about 15 days it says that services to my number are temporarily on hold. i have submitted my driving licence along with a Photo. i am a student residing in an institution. i dont have other documents. please look into the matter and activate my mobile. otherwise i may have to change to some other company.

As per our expectation it should be round about 200/- but it was 300++.
Please help me otherwise i will switch over to other cellular company due to this excessive charge by the company.

i am use idia prepaid, yestarday i send few messages to my friends at a time i loss two rupee per messages, when i contact your costomer care centre he didnt respond me! i call eight time to costomer care centre but there didnt receve my call so i want to tell you i am going to consumer court and publish the news to news paper. so get action soon about that and refund my ballance.

nothing company like you to get 2 rupees per message, when i call customer care officers he said its teqnical probleml. but i want to tell you that i want to return my money quickly as possible. you will not send my ballance return i will going towords consumer court and publishing news about your company in newspaper so do something and refund my money quickly...

I am very much disappointed of getting many unwanted messages about 20 to 25 per day.
I tried to contact customer care on 4444 but there no such option to make a complaint. Pl try to stop the messages, or otherwise I will be forced to shift over another cell company.
And I am reqesting you to provide a convenient no to lodge a complaint
