us 64 bond redemption amt cheque not received

I have US 64 bonds total 196+36 nos. of bonds purchasen on[protected] date of maturity is[protected]. investor id No. is 91246546 bond Certificate No. is 17007246 and 17007254. I have not received redemption amount till today you are requested to look in to the matter and expedite sending of checks.

surrendered in original duly signed with date 07.07.2008. Till date neither I received my money nor any communication in this regard.
