Hi,

I had purchased the below order and tried to redeem the same.
For my 1st transaction which failed I was allowed to use the complete bonus value 999 in one transaction.

Now when I tried again it’s only allowing me to utilize the 50% of the value as 588 only.
There was no such restriction mentioned before either on snapdeal site or 99labels.com.

Now they are putting the cap. It is as a fraud. I am filing an online complaint in consumer forum so that everybody should be aware of this.
