Dear Consumer Forum,
For an Order No. “99485316” placed on 01.04.13, a payment of Rs. 5195/- was made through credit card successfully from my side. But due to some technical problem (Gateway related), the order was cancelled from 99labels on next day i.e. on 02.04.13 as shown in my account section of 99labels. This issue was well informed to customer care of 99labels on 02.04.13 itself, in which I told them that the amount of Rs. 5195/- was debited from my credit card account despite that order was cancelled from 99labels. They told me that the aforesaid amount will be credited back to my credit card account as soon as possible.
It’s going to be around 14 days i.e. 02 weeks, but till date the said amount has not been credited back to my account. I had talked to customer care of 99labels.com on several times, but all efforts went in vain as every time they used to say the refund is under process. Even I send an email dated 11.04.2013, but no concrete action has been taken from them yet.
Now their customer care is not at all responding and disconnecting the phone lines in between the conversation. Please guide me how to handle my refund case to this irresponsible and fraud online website (99lables.com), which they falsely claim that they are professional and consumer oriented. I am not responsible for any cancellation or any delay in payment after placing order. It’s all about 99labels.com fault, which made this order cancelled. So it’s their prime responsibility to take necessary actions to get my money back, which they are not doing and have taken more than 14 days with no result.
Please help me out to resolve this issue of refund of Rs 5195/- (Huge amount for me). Please put some pressure on them to get my money back as soon as possible. Please note that this amount of Rs. 5195/- was paid through credit card, which I have to pay soon in this month.
With great hope, I believe that this forum will take up this matter seriously and resolve soon. Once it will get resolve then this case will be a benchmark and could be torch bearers for all those cases pending with 99labels, which are not yet been resolved. Customers like me are suffering and incurring huge loss due to irresponsible and unprofessional attitude of 99labels.com.
