ABN AMRO Bank Credit Card — issue off outstaning dues on my credit card

Sub: ISSUE OF OUTSTANDING DUES ON MY CREDIT CARD

Sir,
I found that your Bank submit my name in “CIBIL” due to the outstanding dues on my above credit card. I want to notice you that, I never used your credit card for any single transaction.
ONLY one outstanding dues issue was happened in[protected]. That issue is as below –

(i) I received a phone call from Travel Company which is authorized by your bank; they offered me some tour package and hotel stay. I asked them to send the documents at my residence. But they insisted me that the document will be sent after the acceptance for deducting the package amount from my side, for which I did not agreed.
On second day, they called me and agreed to send the document at my residence. On that day also I did not given any acceptance to deduct any amount from my card. I want to notice that I did not receive any document for same.
(ii) After that when I received my card statement which was having the dues of above Tour Package on my account, I discussed on above matter with your customer care officer that I have not made any transaction with any outlet, and also not agreed for any package. That time he agreed and promised me that the outstanding dues will be reversal from next month card statement (Please check my Telephone conversations).
(iii) But on every card statement which I received , I found that the outstanding dues was increased by adding late fees and interest and every time the customer care officer agreed and promised me that the outstanding dues will be reversal from my next month card statement.
(iv) Since last two years, I did not receive any monthly statement of my card at my residence address.
(v) Also I would like to know that how can the Bank deduct the amount from my card without consult and confirmation from my side.
(vi) Again I am declaring that I have not made any transaction for any amount with any shop or any company, I have not signed any document against of this amount, and also mention that I have not swapped my card in any outlet, also I have not made any internet payment on my card for this amount. Also I was not agreed for any payment on telephone (check the conversation).

So again I request you to reversal the all outstanding dues amount and also remove my name from ‘CIBILL.
