I have been abn corporate customer since 4years. on 13th dec, I needed some money urgently but could not take out my money because suddenly my debit card got inactive and so as my wife's card-- could not take out money from ATM.
I enquired haus khaus branch and was shockingly informed by SHALINI that our accounts has been freeze due to some documents required by the bank.

first of all - does the bank has authority to seal my money due to non deposite of documents in time??
seconly there is not even a courtesy call made by the bank informing about the situation???
three days--13dec to 15 dec our accounts were not active--- very embarrassing

and the worst part is when I registered complaints over the phone twice, I was informed that the accounts would be active after collecting documents but on 15th when I went to the Bank, , very surprisingly my account had been active and they did not want any documents .. is this the system works in ABN//

I would like to know within 24 hrs that why did it happened and who is responsible? As I faced embarrassment in front of some important people, I would like to take this matter to the cunsumer forum .

how do you expect the customer's trust on the Bank??

waiting for answers??
