DEAR SIR/MADAM, I M USING ABN AMRO BANK GOLD CREDIT CARD AND THIS MORNING A GIRL CALL ME FROM ABN AMRO BANK COLLECTION DEPARTMENT HER NAME IS SHREYA CHOUDHERY AND HER CONTACT NO IS +91 [protected] / +91 [protected] AND SHE WAS DOING ALOT OF MISS BEHALF TO ME AND WITH MY MOTHER ALSO AT LEAST I WAS INFORM HER I M NOT GETTING MY CURRENT CARD STATMENT FROM YOUR BANK AND AS PER MY RECORD I WAS MADE COMPLAINT ON 13.10.2008 TO SWATI JI FOR NOT RECEIVING OF CARD ACCOUNT STATMENT AND WAS INFORM ME I CAN RECD MY STATMENT WITH NEXT 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF COMPLAINT, BUT SHE IS NOT UNDERSTAND AND SHE WAS JUST DOING & DOING MISS BEHALF WITH ME & MY MOTHER THEREFORE MAY I REQUEST TO YOUR GOOD SELF PLS DO NEEDFUL ACTION WITH HER AND LET ME KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE THANKS & REGRADS MUNEER KHAN Was this information helpful? | |

one day from abnamro bank recived my father a call and your representative said to him you are a one of the lucky customer and you got a prize . so he told my father about its formalities he told that you have to press any creditcard nomber for verification of our jenuine customer which provide a prize . so he press it and after a few days he got a statement from abn amro bank debited 9900 rupees for mentioned prize so he shocked and from that day he is very depressed and had a lots of tense he is 60 years old so i request to you revers this payment to axis bank and solve this problem and yes i like to asked we did not got any prize pacage so please solve it very soon .

Sir, We have a good and long transaction with the Bank in our A/C. But TODAY I want
to close my FDR A/C due to Misbehave and Harassment by a staff member of bank having name DOLLY DASS. This fellow kept our staff boy waiting due to some uncertain reasons which we can’t mention here in this letter and misbehave with me on mobile phone.
So, hereby we request you that please close our above mentioned Current VP GOLD A/C and further we will suggest our near and dear to CLOSE their A/C due to misbehave of such stupid staff.
