I have been suffering due to your negligence. See I have applied for a car loan & the bank has declined my approval. The reason being my name was reflecting in the CIBIL list from ABN AMRO. So I want this to be shortedout at the earliest (48 hrs). Please under stand why am I suffering ? My questions to the bank are 1. Does bank has any record that I have requested for this card ? 2. Do you have any approval or signature of mine against issuing this card ? 3. Primary card user can issue a secondary card in anyone’s name immaterial of the relationship. So any one can get issue addon card card in anyone’s name. There is no approval required for the same. So my request to the bank is kindly short this out ASAP else I have no option left out except going to consumer’s forum. To my knowledge I have not used any card of yours in past. Kindly provide me with the details if I have ever used your card. So my question is how come my name is in CIBIL. I would request you to kindly update you list with CIBIL at the earliest. As I am facing lot of problems for applying loans. But I have no idea that I have this card. Neither I had done any transaction through it. But now he is out of India & we donot share good terms. But how am I be a defaulter for the bank. Kindly clarify. I would also request you that upon verification kindly send me a no objection / no due certificate, which in turn will help me in talking loans.
