ABN AMRO Personal Loan — Reversal of late payment charges

I havent received ay of reply from ur end not a single notification from ur side as per ur SLA it is 48 hrs so what are u waiting for ...

I do agree that i have done the late payment for that late loan amount and the reason for that i was not having the old statement with me as there was some rennovation work carried out in my residence so i don`t know on whose favour should i drop a cheque then i received a call from ur collection team regarding the payment i asked them to send an executive for collection the executive came and collected the cash from me and updated the payment in my account and also i asked them that will i be charge for any late fee so the answer which i got was if i make the cash payment i wont be charge any late fee and in the next statement i have been charge for the late fee for Rs.650. I asked customer care for the reversal and i got only 200rs reversal and when again in the next month i gave a call at ur customer care they ask me to pay the amount which is reflecting in the statement u will get the reversal in the next statement I have paid the entire amount which was reflecting in the statement but i didnot get any reversal on it. And then in the next month i deducted whatever late payment charges applied to me and i have done the payment of my EMI which is of 4362 and from that month each and every month im asking for reversal but i didnt got any help from ur customer care only im getting calls from ur collection team
And Im not going to pay a single penny of late fee in my loan amount I want the reversal of all the late fee which is been applied to me because after that i have never done any kind of late payment to u
And in this month also im facing the same problem i havent received the statement till the date and my due date is on 6th of every month

Abn Amro Loan — EMI Penalty after 2 Years !

Hi,
The worst ever experience you can have with a SO called multional bank. I had taken a personal loan in Dec 2005 and kept on paying regularly all the time. I missed one payment in Jan 07 and they called me to inform that the payment is missed on ECS, i deposited the money immidieatly and asked them to confirm. After my loan got over in Dec 2008 I asked for a NOC for which i came to know that i was suppose to pay a fine for the missed payment 2 years back !! No one informed me at that time neither i go a letter stating what amt I have to pay.

When i called to complain i had the worst exp with their call center agent where i was even denied to lodge a complaint and not allowed to speak to a supervisor.

Please take my advise and never ever deal with ABN AMRO BANK in your life. In case you do DONT EVER CALL THEIR CALL CENTER.
ABN AMRO is the worst bank anyone can dream of. Not one staisfied customer till date. I had some horrifying experiences with them dealing with the Home Loans. Started off with 7% and in a year and a half it was 13% (Yes, amlost double!!) and during the same time I heard new applicants being offered @ 8%.

Such things can happen only in India, that in spite of repeated requests by the public no action has ever been taken to curb such irregularities by the banks.

More reasons why banking with Nationalised banks is the best bet!
