[Resolved] ABN AMRO / RBS Credit Card — Credit scores are screwed - No fault of mine | |||
Charges what you levied on me is some auto debit EMI. At that period itself I spoke to your CSC to reverse the money which I am not going to pay. Same is reflecting on 16/11/2005 TO 15/12/2005 statement. Again you charged me for the annual fee which I was not accepting and the same has been conveyed to your CSC. Then I took a final step to thrash the card and throwed it in your ATM drop box. But you guys are still continue to send the statement along with the auto debit EMI and Annual fee charges, service tax, late fee etc. etc.. In your last statement (dated 15/09/2006) says the total amount 6078.59 got reversed (having CR. note at the end of amount column) which explains to me that whole amount got reversed and there is no due. How can the total amount will be 6078.59 again. Neverthless, It is completely unprofessional/unethical and you guys screwed my credit scores where I am no way at fault. Send all this note to CIBIL and update my records properly. Send me the confirmation letter. Was this information helpful? | |||
