[Resolved] Accel It Academy — The staff are not taking classes properly in salem | |||
Hai hte complaint is i joined Accel it academy in salem branch I joined a course named ADINE it consists of CCNA,CWNA,MCSE,RHCE,CHECKPOINT.i studied their in three months ,before that they told they compleated the course in three months but they didnt compleated a single course.But i wrote a international certificate MCP(Microsoft Certified Professional) without they did the compleation of course. One of my friend joined in CCNA course ,he hae the same problem they didnt compleated a single course hence he and me discontinued the course fee is RS.45000 + tax and i suggest the students please dont joined this kind of institutes. They should process the complaint with in a few days (max).
I work as Senior Executive Tech Support in Accel, Thrissur, Kerala. I have been working here for almost 6 years. If someone have a complaint faculties not taking classes properly, the students will report to the counselor or center manager. They will speak with the faculty immediately and try to rectify the problem. This is usually done within 2 days.
In Thrissur Accel, we have more than 150 students studying at the moment. Most students (almost 80%) who come here to study came from the reference of the old students who studied here - not from any ads in paper or TV. I too is a old student of Accel. I too have referred a lot of my friends to study here.
I am not saying that 100% of the students who studied in Accel Thrissur is happy. But there are lots of happy alumni who come to visit us when they come to Thrissur and I do keep in contact with most of them via facebook and orkut. As far as I can tell the ones who studied and worked hard are very successful.

You should have taken this complaint with the center manager in Accel, Salem, if this doesn't work, then go for higher authority like the Area Manager, Regional Manager and then to the General Manager. The General Manager - Mr. Damodaran is a person who takes these complaints very seriously.
