[Resolved]  Accenture — PF amount not received

It appears Accenture does not want to pay PF to their employees.Despite having submitted my PF documents(PFA/C N0-MH/BAN/[protected]) twice to Mumbai office a year ago I have not hearrd anything from Accenture as yet.Extremely sorry state of affairs in such a large and reputed company.

My son Ashish Jha has as yet not received his PF amount (PF Account Number-MH/BAN/45665/53305 ), despite many reminders and requests.This is extremely bad for the reputation of such a large MNC .I am now contemplating legal actions and also publishing in newspapers.

Dear Colonel:

Accenture does not have your PF. As you may be aware PF is submitted to a government body who manages the money. Hence they will in no way help you to reimburse. I have worked for accenture for 12 months on quitting my position at Accenture, all I did was transfer my accenture PF to the current employer. Usually this is the best and easiest way to do, if you still insist on withdrawing the PF then you must approach the EPF office in the place of deposit, as in your case mumbai.

The best way is to write them a professional email to india.finance.helpdesk.[protected]@accenture.com, if you require any information, please be sure to quote your son's employee number and other details to know the exact status. But i guess Accenture is helpless in the case of PF as it is help by the EPFO

I was working with Acceenture as customer care executive from 22/09/2006 to 03/01/2008 and I have resigned Accenture on 03-Jan-08. When I contacted the Accenture HR dept they guided me to get in touch with the Maharashtra PF office. Since then i called the PF office from banaglore to maharashtra no one picks the call. It is common for Accenture employees. Don't expect PF in Accenture.pvt.ltd. No need to talk about Govt.Organasations. Everyone knows how worst people work there. No one will help you with regard to your PF account especially in Mumbai. Don't waste your time.

I had worked for Accenture 2.2 Years. I didn't get my PF till date. I thought it is because of PF office in Mumbai Bandra is worst in doing their service. There are lot of PF amount left in PF offices and interests are getting adding. But in PF office people still working like 1942.

Try this contact number [protected]. I wanted to get some information regarding PF transfer and the representative assisted me well. I dialled the mentioned no. from my mobile without adding any std code or 0 or +91.
