[Resolved] Accenture — Provident Fund Withdrawal | |||
I had sent my PF Documents on 3rd August 2013 and As per the Speed post tracking it has been delivered on 5th August 2013, When I am calling on their contact Number then every contacted person is saying that they have received the documents and it is in under process but today i have received mail from "India.Finance.[protected]@accenture.com" that "As of now we have not received your documents at our Mumbai loacation"; I am unable to understand that why they have internal comunication gap. As i know PF documents submition process take not more then 2 to 3 days but still they have kept the documents with them. No one is providing proper answer. And one more thing when i am checking my PF account balance then i am getting error message "Data not available".
