[Resolved]  Accenture Service Pvt Ltd — Delay in Claim payment

Hi,

I am working for Accenture Services Pvt Ltd , in Bangalore my TPA is TTK healcare and my insurer is Oriental Insurance Company.I have Submitted a claim in TTK for my wife Maternity expenses on 23/09/2011 for a total amount of 35,558. As per the information provided by TTK i should receive claim amount in 20 days but its almost 40 days and i am yet to receive any claim amount , i have been in continous contact with TTK and Oriental Insurance i received information that final payment from insurer is pending , Its been almost 20 days , can you check how many days it will take to receive my claims amount the Claim details are
