Dear Sir This is Dr.Revathy Ramalingam This is with reference to my PF withdrawal amount PF A/c No. : MH/BAN/45665/46232 My last working place was Accenture, Chennai and resigned during Nov 2009 and I had opted to withdraw the PF amount and had submitted the relevant forms through the finance centre of the organization. I would like to know the status of my PF amount for which is very long pending and there is no information from Accenture-finance centre Kindly let me know the same. Accenture Pvt. Ltd. — PF amount not received
Hi,My PF No. is MH/BAN/45665/32759. I have submitted Forms for withdrawal to Mumbai office as instructed with cancelled check. Its being one year now, i have still not heard anything from the finance or PF office.
Kindly help with this regards.

I have been releved from my company (Accenture Services Pvt Ltd, Mumbai) on 31st March 2008. My PF form is submitted to the PF Office(PF office Address - The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, 341, Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, Bandra( E ), Mumbai - 400 051)on 23 June 2008. When ever i check my status it shows form not submitted.
