same here, 6 month back, after clearing 3 round and submitting all the documents i have not heard anything from their side after repeated attempt. also in whenever i got mail from Accenture HR for other opening, i described them current status and asked for my candidature validity. no one, ever reply after that..till date i am getting mail from accenture for opening, but now i am not giving any importance to them. i had only one expectation that if i am not selected then say it clearly. why not replyting to mail when i have clear all 3 round ?

Same for me but I did a good thing is that I replied to the HR guy on the same mail with lot of bad language...at least they will understand our feeling.

The same thing happened with me I cleared both skills and HR round and after 1-2 weeks they called me that there is still one round pending which is managerial round but now they send me another mail by scheduling technical round plus my status is now showing "Status not available" . I don't know what this mean if you have any idea or have gone with the same stupid procedure plz reply me

This is to let you know that I attended the recruitment process of accenture. My status on the portal is offer pending since 28th august 2014. I have not heard back from accenture since then. It is very unfortunate that even after clearing all the rounds and all the document formalities, candidates are still not being offered with the offer letter. I am not sure where the gap is but certainly there is something need to be checked/investigated upon and the candidate should get updates on his recruitment status. My candidate id is C4357147.

I too am facing the same issue. Completed 3 rounds of interview. Later they sent a email saying that the candidature is on hold due to no demand and would get back when the position is a viable. I have earlier sent the document 4 times. Now again got a email saying to forward the documents Asap.

I was interviewed telephonically by Accenture around 15 days back. The interview went well and the interviewer asked me about my preferred location and expected CTC. Later for around one week, I didn't get any response on my Candidature despite my mailing the HR . After another week, I got a mail to fill in my EAF form to progress the candidature.
After submitting the EAF on their portal, for another week I didn't get any calls or feedback.
I later mailed them, seeking update in this context if any to which I got a reply stating that I cleared the round but since the position is closed, the team will get in touch for another round when they have any similar requirements.
Highly disappointed at the entire process Accenture is using to hire professionals.
Not sure if will get a follow-up on this and will continue my search for a better organisation.

I also had gone for interview at accenture i cleared the first round i got a excellent feedback from both the interviewers i was told to wait in the lobby as i was shortlisted for the next round and they were keen to hire me.after waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes i was told that there was no slot available of the manager for the next round and they will call me again the next day i was still happy with the kind of feedback i got.i was waiting for their mail for the next round finally i called the hr to ask that time she first told me that slot is still not available and later she said that they already have some candidate and that is why she is waiting for a confirmation and if any issue happens with that candidate she will call me for the next round.this is so unprofessional i couldnt believe that companies like accenture do all this just to fill their own candidate database.waste of time is this company and its working culture.
