Dear all.
i bought a laptop Acer Aspire 5738 serial no LXPAK0X00492414E442000 on 03rd of october 2009. there is a cut mark on the carry bag. and i have shown the cut marks to the dealer .(Johar Computers, sec 15, Chandigarh, India. they are holding the Acer point franchise). after 2 months even they have not changed the carry-bag. for last 2 days they are not picking the phone even. his phone no is [protected].
i am feeling very frustrated,i do not know what to do now. i am a research scholar in chandigarh. i am hardly having the time to trace back the complaints, and Johar Computers is not co-operating to change the bags. i do not know how and where to make the complaints about this
