I had bought a ACER ASPIRE ONE 532H on 24 july 2010. The laptop battery had issues of charging so i lodged a case by calling the customer care (case id:[protected], The laptop was given for inspection to BIX Computer (Acer 24x7 customer service center) on 26th july 2010. now its going to be a month since the battery replacement case has been lodged. I NEED TO KNOW HOW MANY MORE MONTHS IS ACER GOING TO TAKE FOR REPLACEMENT OF JUST A BATTERY, I M FED OF LISTENING TO THE EXCUSES GIVEN BY YOUR SERVICE CENTER MANAGER'S & CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE, I NEED BY BATTERY REPLACED ASAP OR I M LODGING A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOUR COMPANY IN CONSUMER COURT & CONSUMER GRIEVANCE CELL.
