[Resolved] Acer Laptop — screen fading out

As per the receipt of mail from company's site(THOUGH ITS BIT TOO LATE)...am replying back again with the product details as havn't got my laptop repaired yet. PROBLEM-screen regularly fades out within 5 minutes of its log on...n it becomes really difficult to continue the operation in such a manner...i got this laptop from my college IIMR but now its out of warranty period jus bcoz of negligence n delay from your side...but i sincerely hope that i'll get my laptop repaired asap & with min repairing charges. serial no.-lxahwoco21740075fc2000 model no.-n214 my contact no.-[protected] Was this information helpful? Dear sir,

My self sumit gandhi, i have purchased acer laptop ASPIRE 4520 serise before one and half year. my laptops battery backup reduce from 2.5 hours to 50 minutes. One another thing is that my laptop's screen become white after login. I try to complain from 6 month but i can't get any responce from acer company. Always find busy no.. my one collegue give this site name so at last i complain to you.

i too have ascer 5536G n i have problem with its screen as after switching on the notebook each time its screen appears black and need to be set through background appearance option each time.i too have a problem of windows i.e. software counterfeiting...plz help me
