THIS IS PRAKASH VAGHASIYA, I WAS USING ACER PHONE(E210, SR. NO.XPH68AN[protected]E) FROM LAST ONE AND HALF YEAR, FROM LAST THREE MONTHS I AM FACEING PROBLEM IN TOUCH PAD SO I AM NOT ABLE TO ENJOY USES OF MY MOBILE PHONE.
I HAD GIVEN MY PHONE TO CHANGE TOUCH PAD AT AUTHORISED SERVICE STATION (ARMEE INFOTECH) SURAT, GUJARAT.ON[protected]. THEY HAD COMMUNICATED ME THAT THEY DON'T HAVE SPARE PARTS, THEN I HAD TALK TO MOBILE MANAGER, HE TOLD ME THAT WHEN I GET SPARE PARTS THEN I WILL GIVE YOU, STILL I AM WAITING BUT HOW LONG I HAVE TO WAIT I DON,T KNOW????????????????????
MY QUESTION IS THIS THAT IF COMPANY DON'T HAVE SPARE PARTS THEN HOW LONG I SHOULD SUFFER IF THEY DON'T SATISFY MY NEED THEN PLEASE GIVE ME DOU LATTER SO I SHOULD PURCHASE NEW PHONE OR REPLACE ME NEW MOBILE.
