[Resolved]  Activa Honda — Poor Service

Sir,

I have purchased a Activa Honda in one of your Dealer M/s. Lodha Honda (Tambaram - Chennai) last month. Right from the day one we have not attended properly and no response is accurate. we do not know who is seller and who is buyer. to buy one vehicle we have shuttled for 5 times. the dealer thinks that customer has no other work except to visit his showroom.

Absolute Poor customer service. today when i went to give my vehicle for first service, i am shocked to hear that only on booking vehicle will be taken for service. this was not properly informed by the dealer. which creates a mental agony and waste of time travelling from my residence to showroom everytime.

Your product may be good but the dealers.......

Please check on the process of your dealers to improve your sales.
