[Resolved] Adani Gas — Improper Connection | |||
Adani Gas guys came and installed the pipeline, In order to change the LPG to PNG stove they said that in the hotplate the nozzle needs to be changed. But Adani sends third party contractors who are technically not competent. These contractors open up all the knobs of the gas stove and made the air to gas ratio holes bigger. He was just supposed to change the nozzles and not do any thing else on this but he did so and accepted his mistake. On lot of discussions he agreed to get the knobs for me. But he just ran away and did not come back. Talked to Adani guys they asked to lodge a compliant Complaint no is C[protected]. When we talk to the call center they say nothing can be done and we should not call. On repeated discussions they finally transfer a call to a supervisor - who also says that gas stove is not Adanis problem it is customers problem. My question is if it was customers problem why did they play around with it. On Adani Gas website there is no place where u can contact the right officials and get ur complaint atleast heard to, Have left the hopes of getting it resolved to customer satisfaction. Name of the contractor - Ramesh Name of the customer care agent - Vipul Ramanuj. Is this the type of service Mr.Gautam Adani u are providing to ur customer. Utilities is a business where in customer care is o[censored]tmost importance. I think there has to be a regulatory body as we have TRAI in telecommunications in Utilities also that should control this. This text is with a hope that someone in Adani Gas really pays attention to this problem and comes forward to justify and resolve it. No comfort Mr Gautam Adani Was this information helpful? | |||

we have a regulatory body PNGRB for Ctiy Gas Distribution Companies (CGD) that is formed by GOI.

Same is the case for me. Adanai managemnt is totally reluctant for such work. my customer Id: [protected]
they are worst in resolving customer complaints and they are not even bother for customer satisfaction or their own reputation. I had filed a case against them at consumer forum ahmedabad since 15 months and will definitely try level best to bring my problem solve and teach them a good lesson which will cost them a lot. Adani Gas — In my society 90 percent connection extended but mine is left out
.(Complain number: C[protected].dated 30 Jul 11In my society all the houses got gas pipe line connection. We all have deposited deposit money in Jan 11. Not extending connection to may house have any justification withAdani Gas.
