[Resolved] Adidas — poor quality and damage in 4 month

I had purchased a pair of shoe on[protected] from adi sports (1) pvt ltd, shop no 126 in G.I.P MALL.Shoes became damaged due to normal use.i have complained on[protected] and sent it for quality check.Now he told me this shoes didn't approved for quality check because of missus.He is not giving me a positive response.3000 Rs/- is not a small amount.Store keeper is called me on[protected] and said please take return it without any maintenance.

I have order shoes, according to your book s offer, I send a ddno.816225. for it is not yet recived, Isend it on 14.11.08. according to you it will reach in 2or3 weeks. but it is not yet recived .I have complaint twice before but no response is paid by you to my complaints. ADIDAS SHOES — cheap quaility

Dear sir / madam,

In a 19th july 2009 i was puchased a addidas shoes at Sam associates pvt.ltd. shop no.2,16 UB, Bunglow road, jawahar nagar,new delhi 110007. My bill no. is SC9/3298. After few weeks that was creaked.I told the shop owner but he not givin right way . He said ' i am not liable for this isuee', talk addidas india shes co.
So can u tell me what i do?

Adidas — regarding quality

I have Bought the pair of the socks at your showroom leela bhavan at patiala(pb). But am sory the quality of the socks was too much poor.

I would request as a customer improve the quality otherwise plz don't sale your product in the market. After purchasing the product i have also visited at your store to refund the same but they were denied & they were guided me to send the mail at our customer care id............
