It is cent percent true that Sampath Raj owner of Aditya Foundations is an International Fraud.We are also one of the victims.He is yet to return our huge amount of money.There are many more victims who booked flats in Aditya Enclave project along with me. He is very well in Chennai but is hiding. We dont know when that fraud is going to get arrested. All the victims should get united at once to get justice immediately.

Yes what above said is correct he is big cheater upto my knowledge he has cheated around 80 lakhs in santhosapuram itself, he started Pallavaram (Aditya Enclave)at mid of 2010 now 2012 may he has completed first floor roof only and for second floor roof pillar work is going on so you judge when he will complete the project
in santhospuram also the land owner is illiterate, the land owner has planned to sell only half of his land in front his father samathi is there and a memorial building is there so he donnt want to sell that and told Sampathraj he is willing to sell only half (back to the memorial)of his land but cheating owner he get full land power now the land owner knows his cheating and canceled his power to build in his land but now also any customer call and ask when he is going to start construction he is telling that he is going to start within a week
Buyers you can understand that this sampathraj has no ideia to build nay building anywhere is just want to cheat poeple and as much money as possible

Aditya Foundation is a cheating company. This guy is a big fraud. Never believe this cheater. We paid 11 lakhs as advance(August 2010) to the Santhoshapuram project and this cheap fellow had been convincing us that he will build the house for nearly 2 years. We are trying to reach him since last year, but we are able to do so. He is in abscond status and only his employee is picking call. We are going to file an FIR against this now. Big cheater, He will never have peace or happiness in life. Go to hell, Sampath Raj.
aditya foundations is very well functioning and the owner sampathraj is not absconding. for heavens sake i have booked a flat with them .. and the uds registration is through... iam expecting to get my home in time from them..
well as far as i know this information is totally wrong. because i have booked my flat at A block in aditya enclave in first floor and the work is going on in the project . i know this since i do regular visits to the site. and for heaven's sake the owner sampathraj is not absconding and their office is functioning normally.
Guys I am anbu who worked with adithya I know sowmya diwakar suganth all r big fraud and we cheated u guys successfully... we enjoyed lot of briyani meals and party from adithya sir all from your money hahahah... attached a party photo of adithya sir with family... so many people gave complaint against our sir but nothing will happen since.. adithya s a king.. police support da evanalayum onnum panna mudiathu... we told 100000 lies to our customers and we cheated pallavaram and also santhosapuram customers...
guys and one more important information I am planning to settle in a foreign country soon with my family so thanks for all the money.. with all your money i will conduct more party sowmya diwakar suganth anbu all please come and join us in that country we will have more briyani and more party.. thanks for brainwashing the customers and helped me in making lot of money... my political power and police power helped me to kick santhosapuram land owner and keep his mouth shut for a while.. thanks to police also... attaching my recent party photo

Look at my kings smile... 2 building project (santhosapuram & pallavaram) more than 2 crore rupees people gave to me before starting the house itself... I didnt get any approval no house to customers but we enjoyed lot of parties with that money .many cases against me.. that cases will run for years but no one can touch my thala thanks to police.. ippadiku thalayin vizhuthugal sowmyaswaminathan, suganth, Anbu, Diwakar and parthiban Ravi (enga new member). check my thala's Face book profile King aditya and also adithya sampathraj add as a friend :).. guys enga thala started restaurant and didnt gave salary to employees avanuga vera police complaint panitaanga... i started eves club for women... house a kattama yemathura unaku yenda eves club nu kekureengala.. hahaha athula member aaki panam pakalaam nu enga thala aasai pattaara... waiting for enga thalai's next cheating plan... am writing all this because he cheated me by not giving my salary... he treated us like a dog as if he is a multi millionaire ... all he knows is cheating cheating fraud..

this site is bloody absurd. i just now and spoke to mr.sampathraj. he is laughing at the whole thing and says this site is purely a blackmail site. they just allow evryone to post any stupid thing here and they never verify any facts. publishing that a person is murdered when he is very much alive is irresponisble and foolish thing. what will happen if evryone beleives whatever published here are true??
somebody is blabbering here that he is adithya sampathraj and posting comments about the very same sampathraj saying that he has cheated many people. he also says he worked for sampathraj and was kicked out of job by sampathraj.. how ridiculous. ????

as far as i know mr.sampathraj is verymuch alive and available at mobile no.[protected]. when i asked him why he is not taking any action against all these absurd publications, he laughs and says people are interlligent and they can identify the facts themselves.
