Hi Guys,
Never believe Aditya foundations... I booked a flat in there pallavaram project Aditya Enclave they didn't started anything. Not able to register because of poor documents. Sampathraj the owner is absconding badly. This guy started restaurant and cheated there employees by not paying there salary. There are 3 cases against his name in court,, this guy will be arrested soon for cheating people by getting money and absconding...

Aditya foundations started project called Aditya Enclave, total number of flats... 28. Got permission for S+2. I got booked a flat in Jan. Work is not even 1% completed. They completely shutdown the construction. Now UDS registration is not happening. Seems like they are not having some documents and loans are not getting sanctioned.
But in their site they are updating pictures from somewhere else. No history for the builder,...
