Dear Sir
I Dr. Vabihav Jaiswal had purchased a jacket from the above store on the[protected]. The payment was done using my OBC Debit Card NO- [protected] an amt of Rs3595.
Sir the card had been double swaped by the store owner employee and in the first swap the transaction was not done hence the employee again swaped the card on another machine and the transaction was accepted hence a purchase slip had been received by me of the above amount. I asked the employee whether the first transaction has been done or not as the card had been swaped and the transaction had failed due to some errors, but i was told No by the employee and after receiving my bank statement the amount of Rs3595 had been debited from my account twice of which i only received a transaction slip once.
I had been to the store repeatedly after the bank employee had told me that it's the mistake of the owner and not the bank and the amount has already been transfered in the shop owners account. The owner is not ready to credit the payment and is not taking keen interest in the matter.
Sir i would be highly obliged if you take keen interest in the matter. I am anxiously waiting for your reply.
