[Resolved]  Woodland — Return pick up of woodland shoes and refund

Sir,
I have received a pair of shoes on dtd. 14/12/2023 vide article No. GF4141021) brown colour size 40 and Invoice No. [protected] dtd. 11/12/2023 against order No. OR-3144318 and SO[protected] dtd. 11/12/2023.
However this is not a good feet for me. Therefore I want to return the shoes. Kindly make arrangement for the same and early refund. The cost of the pair of shoes is Rs.1995.00 which I have paid Cash on Delivery (COD). Information is attached for ready reference.
I have requested number of times but no action has been taken so far on regret mail I am receiving.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest
