[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — After resubmitting documents outgoing calls were kept on hold for last eight days

Dear sir,
I am using services of Idea cellular for more than five years.My mobile no.is [protected].When I registered with company I provided all the necessary documents to the company .ON 12/2/2010, I received sms from the company saying that "Aapke form kesath di gaye documents mein vibhed hai- krupya form & documents Idea company ne bhege hui executive ke pass jama kare".No executive turned up or called me and my outgoing calls were kept on hold from the same day ie.from 12/2/2010.On 15/2/2010 I went to Idea cellular office on Bhandarkar road office,Pune-411004 and submitted the required documents.I was told that my outgoing calls will be activated by eveningwhich did not happened.On same evening some agency called me & asked me to resubmit the documents to them. I had already submitted the documents in the morning,so I refused to submit them in the evening.I registered the complaint to 4444 and asked them to start outgoing calls which were kept on hold.I was asked to register with 198 but could not do so since calls to 198 were also on hold.I regieter the complaint with 12345 and I was told that reactivation of calls may take 24 hours.On 16/2/2010 I went to Idea cellular office on BHANDARKAR ROAD,PUNE-411004 AND COMPLAINED TO THEM ABOUT KEEPING OUTGOING CALLS ON HOLD.i WAS AGAIN TOLD THAT REACTIVATION MAY TAKE 48 HOURS.On 18/2/2010 I called 12345 and complained about keeping my outgoing calls on hold.I did the same but it was of no use,Then I sent complaint to [protected]@aditya birla.com by e-mail.I received e-mail from them asking me to resubmit the form and the documents.I again sent sms to them saying that the documents were already submitted on 15/2/2010.Again I received e-mail asking to submt the documents.Till now my outgoing calls were kept on hold.This is nothing but harrasment .I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ASKED THE COMPANY TO REACTIVATE MY OUTGOING CALLS AT EARLIEST,

Same thing is happening with me. I was asked to resubmit my doc which I did. My number is deactivated from last 3 days and Customers Executives keep on asking to wait. I walked to Idea office but they are working like goverment people and dont hesitate to be rude.

Nobody take it seriously. They have 1000 of people to make unnecessary call for promotion offers but nobody to inform and take care of such things.
We think to continue same number So try hardly to get it activated. When you apply for Number portability, So many people will call you and will give many offers. Ridiculous.

This is Vijay & Using your Idea service more than 10 years . Some day back I took one prepaid mobile no [protected] but I was not happy with their services so I decided to switch Idea Cellular because I thought I am genuine, loyal customer of Idea & did so. While porting mobile no [protected] I submitted my pass-port & photograph to Bhandarkar Road branch on 11/07/2012 but week latter I received SMS from the company saying that "Aapke form kesath di gaye documents mein avibhed hai- krupya form & documents Idea company ne bhege hui executive ke pass jama kare".No executive turned up or called me. I resubmitted documents on 23/7/2012 to same branch & the counter officer assured me your services will not on hold. But on 24/7/2012 my services was on hold.

When call to 12345, 198, & [protected] in morning first it wasn't connected for more than one hour but when it connected by 12345 the executive the lady officer wasn't in good mood & she hanged up my call, after long time I got connected again but your lady officer given foolish explanation for security purpose we are asking you the same documents so you need resubmit the documents. When I said I already submitted she replied Sir I am sorry but my server is down so I couldn't check the status so call back on same no again . I was fed-Up & went to Aundh branch but experience was surprising the officer said you need to go to Bhandarkar office only because you submitted documents to that branch. I call to 4999 but officer said it post-paid so we couldn't help you. (FIRST OF ALL IF YOU ARE LUCKY THEN YOUR CALL WILL CONNECTED TO EXECUTIVE & IF YOU ARE EXTRA LUCKY & YOUR EXECUTIVE IN GOOD MOOD THEN only he/ she will listen your problem. THIS IS THE MY EXPERIENCE WITH PREPAID DIVISION )

Also I already given the complaint for low network and poor internet speed to my iPhone [protected] but no action where as my other two numbers has good network coverage.

Here after paying lot of money I am not getting any service but I am getting tourchrd by Idea employees.

The samething is happening to me currently. Even after submitting docs my service is still on hold...I can't keep going there every now and than. Their customer service is worse beyond words, even pathetic is a small word for them. I was told I would get credit of 55 arms, but nothing has come through yet. Don't know what to do...
